The world and our coexistence are organized in a complex system of mutual relationships and connections, which continuously changes. Organizations too are made up of relationships, not just their flowcharts. Language influences, shapes, carries, connects, etc. Through it, relationships and social systems develop. Language is the key to understanding the world and oneself and shapes the corporate culture and philosophy of an organization.
Jani Kitz brings many years of experience in working with public institutions, from specialized and political consulting to strategic communication planning and consulting. She has been involved in the establishment and promotion of networks (cooperation management) at different hierarchical levels. Her foundation for this work is a Master's degree in Language Teaching Research and Educational Science from the University of Hamburg, as well as additional training as a systemic organizational developer at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
Jani Kitz is characterized by curiosity. She observes, questions, and researches. She likes to get an overview and is interested in people and their environment.
In her free time, she spends time with her family, enjoys reading, goes to the gym, or kicks back while watching English-language series.
