„The longest journey is the journey inwards.”(Dag Hammarsrskjöld)
Expertise
For many years, Pia Struck has been dedicated to the holistic development of organizations and people, working as a coach, consultant, and co-founder of various initiatives. Shaped by her Swedish and German roots, she developed an early and lasting sensitivity to cultural difference.

After completing her degree in business administration, she spent five years as a Senior Manager in Corporate Development within the digital division of a multinational corporation, before leading organizational development projects and heading consultant training programs for twelve years as a partner at a systemic change-management consultancy.

Since 2016 she has worked independently as a coach and consultant, supporting clients on business questions of vision, strategy, and structure as well as on matters of culture and psychology. Her particular strength lies in quickly grasping the real challenge at hand and developing tailored approaches from it — supported by coaching, consulting, and facilitation.

She works with her clients in a consistently resource-oriented way, aiming for maximum self-efficacy, yet doesn't shy away from respectfully naming uncomfortable issues when doing so moves a person, team, or process forward.

Alongside her consulting work, she is co-founder of a bilingual Montessori school and the owner of a slow-food café. In 2016 she published her book Game Change – Das Ende der Hierarchie (Gabal Verlag).

In her private life she loves traveling and hiking, practices yoga and meditation, reads widely, and has a keen interest in art and culture. She lives in Bingen am Rhein with her husband and their two children.
