Gordon has extensive top-level international management experience as well as a solid track record as a founder. His background spans large international corporations (especially in the franchise and food sectors), family-owned businesses, public-sector organizations and the support of start-ups.

As a BridgeBrain network partner, he advises companies on strategy and management with a focus on growth, consolidation and reorganization. His expertise enables deep implementation support, particularly in boosting strategy performance, ensuring target achievement, allocating resources effectively and setting up Project Management Offices (PMOs).

A specialist in digital business models, Gordon guides companies through digitalization and the creation of New-Work environments (he is a certified Scrum Master). His experience in developing product and portfolio strategies provides a strong foundation for targeted innovation management, securing sustainable growth and future viability.

After his first entrepreneurial phase in the 2000s, Gordon took on management responsibility in the food industry. At Subway he led the realignment of the franchise organization in the D-A-CH region. At Backwerk he repositioned the concept and oversaw its integration into Valora AG—an achievement that earned him a spot among W&V’s “Top CMOs under 40” in 2017.

As Managing Director Concepts, he steered the merger of Backwerk and Ditsch to form Valora Foodservice GmbH. For the family business HACK AG he led the post-Covid strategic realignment, the merger with La Lorraine and the succession planning for his business unit. He also founded the start-up incubator “Best Founders Family” and was most recently responsible, within a public-sector enterprise, for its digitalization and sustainability strategy. In addition, Gordon founded a marketing consultancy and two e-commerce companies. Since 2025 he has been active as a management consultant, interim manager and founder.

Privately, Gordon is a dedicated father of two toddlers. The book lover finds balance in gardening and sporting activities.
