Team Composition:

You won’t find a single junior consultant or associate at BRIDGEBRAIN, only senior partners with managerial and operational backgrounds, and profound methodological expertise. All of us have ‘walked the talk’, and we know, from our own experience, what kind of battles one sometimes has to fight to get things done, let alone drive change.

We love to engage with academics, designers and artists to feed our curiosity and stretch our knowledge. We have an eye on start-ups to keep our thinking fresh. We work proudly for medium-sized and large companies (e.g. Nespresso), just as we support non-proft organizations (e.g. the European School of Management and Technology in Berlin).  Moreover, we know the similarities and differences among all these different types of organizations. We are certainly not the cheapest, but we have proven to be a good investment.
