As a psychologist, systems coach and consultant, Sabine Machowski works primarily with companies and public institutions as well as executives and project leaders
Her work concentrates on the fields of personality development, change processes, stress management and the nurturing of resiliency, as well as healthy and attentive leadership and occupational health management.
Sabine Machowski earned her undergraduate degree in IT for business, after which she worked on IT projects at large banks and for a corporate consultant. She returned to academia to earn an advanced degree in psychology, with a focus on labor and organizational psychology and clinical psychology. Asa research associate to the teaching chair for A&O psychology, her focus lay on strategy personnel development, in researching the competencies of older employees in a time of demographic change and on the execution of psychological threat assessments in the banking field.
Since completing her studies, Sabine Machowski has worked enthusiastically as a consultant and coach. These roles are where she sees tremendous opportunities to promote self-organizational abilities and client resources, and in the process to reinforce their self-efficacy, resilience and salutogenesis.
She very much appreciates the chance to absorb multiple perspectives and to combine economic know-how with psychological knowledge, and to link scientific insights with practical experiences.
Sabine Machowski has two children, a daughter and a son. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to foreign destinations near and far. In her leisure time, she is an avid swimmer and yoga enthusiast.
