David Goldfarb (1973) is a systemic solution-oriented leadership coach and consultant. He supports teams, leaders and board members in change processes. His experience from more than 20 years of corporate transformation and leadership in different companies and contexts makes him an expert in complex change processes. His focus is on sustainable cultural change at the individual, team and organizational level.
The multi-layered changes in the world of work, characterized by economic unpredictability, disruptive technologies and unprecedented competition, often cannot be adequately solved with simple linear and causal approaches. It is all the more crucial to understand the specific context. This is where David Goldfarb places a special focus in his consulting work: helping companies to recognize this new reality, creating framework conditions to implement courageous changes and mobilizing the organization accordingly.
His consulting approach is characterized by an attitude of openness, appreciation and clarity.
Before joining BridgeBrain, he held senior positions in a leading DAX energy company in the areas of change and leadership. One focus was on building the necessary transformation capabilities by combining lean management with systemic change management. He supported the necessary cultural changes through leadership programs with a focus on emotional intelligence and change competence. The group-wide transformation process led to a turning point in the leadership and direction of the company and resulted in the IPO of the highest valued energy company in Germany at the time.
